How Impotant It is to Tip?

I think that it is very important to tip because people work hard to satisfy you, wheter it is your waiter when you go out to eat at a restaurant or someone who cleans your car when you take it to the car wash etc.  Just think about it as if you were the one getting tipped, and someone did not tip you, yet you worked hard for them.  The next time you go out, you should think about this. People who have these kinds of jobs deserved to get tipped.
