I’m needed,

But never wanted.

I’m alone,

But always haunted.

I’m here,

You’re there.

Do you love me?

Do you care?

What’s important,

What’s not.

Call me “beautiful,”

Not “hot.”

Say you love me

Every waking moment.

Tell me you love me on purpose,

Not by accident.

Walk with me,

Kiss me in the rain.

Hold me tight

When I’m in pain.

Listen to my heart,

What does it say?

I will love you,

Either way.

No one can change,

The love I have for you.

Which is so much,

And you know I do.

I love you,

With all my heart.

I don’t want us to separate,

Or be a part.

You are my world,

That I see every day.

You are my Sun

That shines every way.

 You are the Moon

That I sleep beneath.

You are the stars

That help me sleep.

I love you every day,

Because that’s who I am.

You give me the strength and courage,

And tell me I can.

You’re the best man

That I could ever ask for.

And I will always love you,

Forevermore.
