The FCA Winter Lock-in!

The Aynor High School FCA held a winter lock-in on January 15th. The teachers who attended were Mrs. Rodham, Coach Altman, Coach Windham, Coach Allen, Mrs. Lewis, and Mrs. Leanne Altman. It began after the varsity basketball games. The students gathered into the cafeteria and talked about rules and guidelines and had prayer. The students HAD to stay up all night and if they fell asleep they would be awakened by Coach Allen’s clanging of pots and pans. In order to stay awake they played basketball, football, volleyball and played music in the gym, watched movies, and played board games and video games in the cafeteria. There were basketball and volleyball tournaments held as well. At about 4 o’clock in the morning they held a Talent Show where the students and teachers could showcase their talents. The lock-in ended at 7 o’clock on Saturday morning. The students really enjoyed their time at the lock-in! We hope there can be another before the school year ends!
