Want More Classes?

            If given the chance, would you take more classes? Would it be easier because you could get more credits? Or, would it be harder because it’s too many classes to take at a time? We decided to interview some AHS students to find out their opinion on this subject. We also asked them what classes they would enjoy taking if given the chance. These are some of their responses:

 

“No, because school is just gay.” –Christina Talmaege.

 

“No, I hate school, got 28 more days left until I’m done.” –Matt Sellers.

 

“If I had a chance to take more classes, I would take drama, and dance; unfortunately, they have neither of the choices here.” –Brandi Harrelson

 

“If I could, I would take more classes. I would probably choose another history and take a second block of chorus. I would also participate in dance, but we don’t have these here. We should!” –Taylor Edwards

 

“If I would take another class, I would choose dancing because it would be cool to learn different types of dances.” –Jessica Romero

 

“I would take robotics and work experience.” –Justin Jones

 

“I would take drama.” –Ashley Cain

 

“No, school is long enough.” –Brittany Fairchild

 

“No, I just don’t like school!” –Callie Cox

 

“Having the chance to take extra classes would be fun, but very challenging. I would enjoy the opportunity to take many more classes, but I would have to take academics too.” –Aimee Fowler

 

“If I could take more classes I would. I want to get into a great college and make something of myself. Plus…I want to make me, my mom, and my brother, Travis, proud of me!” –Kay-Lee Sharp

 

“No because all the classes I wanted to take aren’t here anymore.” –Shane Allen

 

“Underwater basket weaving.” –JP Valentine
